Welcome to the prtalk.com discussion group home page. If you've arrived here from the group's Topica home page, you probably know something about this service already. For those of you who are new to prtalk.com, here's a little information which may encourage you to join the discussion group.

prtalk.com aims to be nothing less than the most vibrant, informative and influential live discussion group for the UK's public relations industry. Joining the group and participating in its discussions is completely free and will remain so - you'll find links to additional free PR services further down this page.

The service was launched as an unmoderated discussion group in late April, 2003. Unmoderated means all members can post directly to the list; their contributions are not vetted in any way. The PR Press Network retains the right to alter this and exclude anyone from the list who it feels is abusing the service.

On the bright side, we hope this policy encourages open, frank discussion among all members!

Personal privacy is perhaps the most important issue when dealing with any mailing list, and we are pleased to say that as the prtalk.com discussion group is hosted with Topica, not only is the entire process 100 per cent opt-in, but Topica also takes your privacy very seriously indeed - click here for an overview of Topica's policy regarding this.

Not only that but the Public Relations Press Network has its own privacy policy which guarantees to never pass on your information to third parties - click here for an overview of PRPN's privacy policy.

US-based visitor?

The PR Press Network concentrates on PR-related services, events and news in the UK, but we hope to extend this coverage to the United States at some point in the future. Please feel free to join the US mailing list, but please keep in mind that we are not promoting it within the industry so it may not be as informative as its UK counterpart.

Click here to register your email address with the US list.

Drop us a line (info@prpn.com) if you would like more information about our plans to serve the United States' PR industry in the future.
